newly refurbished room high housekeeping attentive service
It had very high housekeeping standards. i especially liked the upgraded hotel areas. dining in the restaurant was good because of the attentive service.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym. It includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a business centerwith computers and printers for guest use. the restaurant offered a variety of dining options.

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful, answering all my questions quickly. the breakfast staff was always ready to assist. They ensured the buffet was well-stocked. room service was prompt and accurate with the orders.

Awesome Hotel Near the Station!
central location great staff
The location is amazing because it's right next to the central station. I could walk to the entire city center from here. The staff were great and looked after me. A staff member checked me in and gave me an upgrade. He was very polite and funny.
The car park is very tight for larger vehicles. Driving around in a big truck would be very close to the walls. It is the only downside.

The gym had the basics I needed for a good workout. There were treadmills and weights available. The hotel offers convenient parking at a reasonable rate . That's so great. Public areas are comfortable and have an open plan.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, I enjoyed being there. The bed had fantastic pillows and was very comfortable! The rooms were nicely renovated with a coffee table and a chair with ottoman. It's a really good room.

The hotel is in a central location near various restaurants. Everything is close. Being this side of the station it's quieter than the North side. It's a 5-minute walk to Boar Lane or City Square. It's perfect.

clean room comfortable beds
the twin room was very clean with comfortable beds and a great bathroom and shower. a good selection of tea and coffee was available in the room plus an iron and ironing board tucked away in the spacious wardrobe. the breakfast offered a great choice of food and drink!
I stayed for two nights, and unfortunately, i couldn't get into the car park even after arriving early. i have never seen a car park quite like this one. Honestly, avoid it if possible. You will understand why if you enter. i found this quite inconvenient.

I enjoyed the great breakfast! They offered a wide selection. The accessible suite was well laid out and comfortable. Parking on site was fantastic with blue badge parking right out front.
Pillows lacked support because they were soft.
